Hi Hotels Trento - Wellness & Spa Adults Only

I can hardly believe this is an adults only hotel with such loud noise from the gym and a screaming baby next door, it was beyond annoying. The cleaning products made my throat burn, and yet they didn't even offer an upgrade or complimentary gesture. I was so close to giving a good review but just couldn't!

Pleasant affordable hotel for 1 night in Trento. Location adjacent to downtown and landmarks, and ten minutes walk to railway station. New-fashioned and newly remodelled units with sufficient space...

Our room was good modern and brand-new with sufficient space. The location was lovely for walking around Buonconsiglio Castle Museum. And the area was pedestrian, short walk to the train station and the centre of town, the pedestrian area of Trento and ten minutes walk to railway station.

Jacuzzi with a amazing view

The sweeping view of the Alps took my breath away. The jacuzzi was perfect for unwinding after exploring nearby historic sites.

Getting a reservation for the spa was challenging. It was fully booked , quite disappointing. It would have complemented the overall experience.

WiFi, gym and pool included. Friendly, laid-back personnel.

The air conditioning machinery is old and very noisy, to the point that it is not possible to use it during sleeping hours.

The suite was beautifully designed with a kitchenette and a private jacuzzi. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the outdoor swimming pool and tranquil relaxation area. Staff were pretty good, offering helpful tips and information about local attractions.

One area for improvement could be better soundproofing as some noise from outside was noticeable at night.

Recommend it for well-travelled couples

I had a pleasant surprise when I walked into the room and saw the view from the balcony. It completely took my breath away, pouring with beauty. The spa was a gem, the jacuzzi was just what I needed after a long day of travel, pure bliss in that hot water when I really needed it.

It wasn't inexpensive but definitely felt worth it in the end.

Great location to main train station. WiFi worked well. Staff were very nice.

Hotel looks like it could do with a good refurbishment, carpets etc looking old but quite clean.

Amazing spa facilities

Upgrading to a room with a balcony was an excellent call. The views of the sunrise over the mountains made mornings especially pleasant. The spa facilities were surprisingly spacious, with both an indoor pool and jacuzzis available.

There were some serious drawbacks. The noise from the bar was unbearable on 'uni night,' with sounds ringing until well past 2 AM. the advertised parking turned out to be not affiliated with the hotel, leaving us walking back after a late night with luggage in tow. And beware of the strong odor from cleaning products in certain rooms. It made things uncomfortable, and not in a spa-like way. There were also insufficient amenities in the standard rooms, such as the absence of a fridge, unexpected for the price we paid.

Had an awesome stay with a fantastic breakfast that had an really good selection! Loved the jacuzzi on the balcony, so relaxing after exploring. Just wish the room's view was better.
